1. Introduction.

If you are a new player to SWG, an important thing you will want to know is the best way to level. There IS an unofficial "path" to CL 90, which is formed by a number of different quest series on a number of planets, but there is no in game link between the different stages of this path. Therefore, below you will find each stage of this path to CL 90 in the recommended order.

Entertainer

Entertainer

HOWEVER, before you start on any of these stages, let me recommend that you go to the Mos Eisley cantina and ask an entertainer to give you an Entertainer Buffs. This buff gives you an additional 15% more xp per NPC you kill, and even though most of your xp will come from completing quests, you do have to kill quite a few NPCs in the process. Having this xp buff will help you get much more xp than you would if you were doing the missions without it. You should make sure that you have this xp buff at ALL TIMES while doing missions, and if you see that your buff has expired, head back to the cantina to get another one. The entertainer may also buff you wih adiitional attributes. You may ask for armor and health buffs to increase your STATS You can see all available buff types that you can ask for in the official forums

With that said, here is the unofficial path to CL 90:

2. The Legacy.

You can check the SWGTT wiki guide for Legacy Quest index. This quest series starts by talking to the blue Twi'lek (with glasses) outside the Mos Eisleystarport on Tatooine, then takes you to Naboo, Corellia, and finaly Talus. It takes you from CL 5(or whatever CL you were when you finished the tutorial) to around CL 40 or so.

These quests are all pretty easy for the most part, and you sould be able to complete the by yourself in general. However, some of the missions require you to locate certain items which may be hard to find, so you can refer to the guide below on any mission you have a problem with. There check out our Legacy Quest index

3. The Hero of Tatooine Quest

Hero of Tatooine ring

Hero of Tatooine ring

While you are working on the Legacy Quest, it is strongly recomended to complete this quest.

The Hero of Tatooine quest path is long and sometime ardous but you will be rewarded with a ring that will restore you from death once every twenty-three hours, but may only be used a maximum of 50 times.

You will get some nice XP as well.

4. The Space Path.

Image

Mastering Pilot: A very nice feature of the space game of SWG is that space xp(the xp you get from destroying NPC ships) also gives you ground xp(though not the same amount). This means that you can work on your ground combat level while also mastering a pilot profession.

We suggest to check the Master Pilot Roadmap guide. This will help you on your pilot progression and we are sure you will get a complete knowledge about the space matter after reading our guide. The official game forums contains a Pilot FAQ which will help you decide which space squadren you want to join and also gives you some other helpful information about being a pilot.

If I were to recommend a pilot Squad I would recommend Vortex, as its storyline has a Jedi theme.

5. The Clone Relics Quest Series

Image
The Clone Relics Quest series are a troup of seven quests. Each quest can be done isolated and there are no link to each other.

This series includes several level missions from level 5 to level 85, and you will not be able to finish them all at the begining but this serie is a good source of XP for your leveling up that you might start as soon as possible. You can check the detailed guide for The Clone Relics Quest series. Enjoy it.

6. The Rage of the Wookies (ROTW)

Image
Once you have mastered a pilot profession you will hopefully be about ready to head to the planet Kashyyyk.

FORMATTER ERROR (Snippet Not Found)

Kashyyyk includes many different levels of quests, so you will need to work your way up from the low level quests to the high ones.

SWGTT wiki has a complete ROTW guide and it is a nice first aproach to this questing area.

Edit

7. Azure Cabal Quest

This is a high-level quest line focused on the Azure Cabal crime syndicate that begins by speaking to Loruna Scathe, who is next to the entrance of the Theed Cantina. Here is a guide each mission in the Azure Cabal quest series. Check the guide for Azure Cabal quest series

Edit

8. The Trials of Obi-Wan (TOW)

Image

The last part of your journey takes you to the fiery moon of Mustafar.

Here you will find many different quests which range from helping Obi-Wan stop a power hungry Dark Jedi to preventing the infamous HK-47 from raising his own droid army bent on galactic domination.

Mustafar is a high level planet, though hopefully with the help of the guide below you can complete the quests without too much trouble: Trials of Obi-wan

9. The Rebel Theme Park

Image
If you are a member of the Rebel Alliance, an additional opportunity you have to level is the Rebel Theme Park, which is started by talking to C-3PO at the Hidden Rebel Base POI on Corellia. Here is a guide to all of the Rebel Theme Park's missions: Rebel Theme Park Walkthrought

Hopefully this path will give you some sort of organized structure to follow on your journey to CL 90. Remember to keep an entertainer xp buff active while questing and you will gain much more xp than if you quest without it.

If you have any other problems, take a look on the main SWG forums.

10. The Imperial Theme Park

If you are a member of the Empire, an additional opportunity you have to level is the Imperial Theme Park.

11. Nova Orion Quest Series

Image

Nova Orion is the ultimate space game path published by SOE.

The whole Nova Orion crisis is a classic star wars tale of Jedi getting involved in other people's affairs.

You may support both sides (Nova and Orion) till you solve the crisis helping to Jer-Doac.

Note that this is a high elite pilots quest and you can read a complete Nova Orion guide in this wiki.
